Annual Meeting of the Finnish Hydrogen Valley Association 26.3.2024
The annual meeting of the Finnish Hydrogen Valley Association was held on 26.3.2024 in Helsinki. The Annual General Meeting approved the financial statements for 2023 and granted discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO. The meeting also discussed the action plan and budget for the year.
The Annual General Meeting elected the Board of the Association for a term of office ending at the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Markku Heinonen, Pekka Hirvonen, Petteri Laaksonen, Kari Laine, Arto Nikkanen and Sari Paljakka were re-elected as members of the Board and Tomi Haring, Jarkko Harjula, Jussi Heinimö, Jari Kokko and Sirpa Rahiala were elected as new members.
The Board of Directors will be constituted on 29 April 2024, when the President and Vice President of the Association will be elected. The members of the Board of Directors and their personal deputies will be presented in more detail on the Association's website.
The meeting was attended by 20 voting members and other invited representatives. After the meeting, Gasgrid Finland Oy's Development Manager for Hydrogen Valleys, Heli Virkki, gave the members an update on the company's activities and plans.
